Zesheng’s production workshop is comprised of a three-story building spanning an area of more than 1,000 square meters. With the use of advanced furniture production equipment, each year we produce over 4,000 sets of suite furniture. Materials used in production are mostly environmentally-friendly medium density fiberboards.

Furniture is packed with plywood and uses solid rubber wood from Thailand to greatly improve its quality.

Assembly of the furniture is accomplished on the second floor of the workshop. What you see on the right side is the assembly of diversified sofas. Our assembly team has a wealth of woodworking related experience. Regardless of home decor items or hotel furniture, we always use exquisite workmanship to create home products which fully satisfy our customers. Displayed on the right hand side is production of tables and chairs. All of the finished products must undergo polishing process, which will result in a more comfortable user experience.

In order to make our furniture look more aesthetically pleasing, all assembled pieces are fully painted. The paint we use in the workshop is purchased from the Taiho Company. It is odorless, environmentally-friendly and highly transparent. As a result, the furniture is guaranteed with high aesthetic value, strong deterioration resistance and extended service life.

Considering that furniture will most likely be moved several times, we have customized a special packaging material which is highly protective of the furniture during transportation.
